Politique d'annulation de commande

1. Order Cancellation Conditions

The commercial cancellation of an order can be requested within 48 hours of its validation, provided that the order has not yet been handed over to the carrier. The customer can contact our customer service to request the cancellation.
This cancellation rule does not limit the consumer's legal right of withdrawal. If the order has already been shipped, the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable legislation.

2. Cancellation Procedure

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service by email or phone, providing your order number, proof of payment, and, if necessary, any other information that helps identify the transaction.
Our team will process your request upon receipt. If the cancellation is accepted, we will inform you of the outcome and proceed with the refund within the specified timeframe.

3. Refund Procedure

When a cancellation request is approved before shipping, the refund is processed within 1 to 3 business days, using the same payment method as used for the initial order. The time it takes for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the banking institution.
